Remarks : Dear Buurtzorg India, My name is Tamas Veress, I am a phd student at the Business Ethics Center, Corvinus University Budapest. I would like to interview a key person from Buurtzorg India, someone who is familiar with the everyday practices of the organization. My questions would be directed towards understanding how Buurtzog keeps its priority on wellbeing and care and not on profits. Buurtzorg India is especially interesting as the adaptability of the model can be also an important factor. The research is part of my PhD studies, but more importantly the results are going to be shared, presented to students of the various classes I am involved as a teacher. Also, the insights would be shared with the numerous local bottom-up organizations’ stakeholders who are participating in the research and teaching collaborations with the university, aimed to develop and foster fruitful synergies. It would be of great help if a person with experience and knowledge on the everyday workings of the organization could be interviewed (approximately for 60-90 minutes) at a time convenient, through an online platform in English language.
